Sometimes you don't need an advanced therapy hour, a course, a plan or another thing to work on. Sometimes you just need someone to talk to.
In this session you can say what’s on your mind, ask questions, recieve feedback, share something you’re struggling with, or simply be heard. Conversations about sex, relationships, shame etc is welcomed. I am here to listen without any judgement or opinions.
